The 7 Star Path Levels: Two Stars
In the context of QiMen Destiny Analysis, each 7 Star Path level is not only an indication of a Deity’s strength, but they also have a special meaning attached.
Last month, we’ve tackled the first star of the 7 Star Path. Just to recap, having one star in any of the palaces in your QiMen Destiny Chart denotes the aspect of Survival. If it’s in your Destiny Palace, your whole life is about staying afloat. Likewise, when it appears in any other palaces, that aspect of yourself becomes a place of scarcity by default.
So, the next level at two stars can be considered a direct upgrade from Survival.
Imagine after being stranded on a deserted island for almost a month, you manage to survive just fine. Once you’ve gotten your life together, what comes after would be comfort and quality of life upgrades. In other words, the two stars in the 7 Star Path denotes the aspect of Desire.
Those who have star level two in their Destiny Palace are likely to emphasis upon their wants and desires. They can be rather driven and impulsive in getting what they want. On a positive note, this makes you a go-getter. It gives you the motivation to push forward. On the downside, being consumed by greed can leave you feeling empty and unfulfilled.
Again, this is applicable to any other palace in your QiMen Destiny Chart. Having two stars in your Career Palace may indicate that it’s dictated by your wants. It may leave you having lofty ambitions on what sort of working life you want without putting much effort into it. Having it in your Knowledge Palace could denote you only know what you want to know.
Of course, desire is not always a bad thing. Having desire allows you to accomplish many great things in life. A lot of achievements in this world began as a thought that said “I want to do that.” It’s a matter of channelling it into realistic dreams and achievable ambitions. Make milestones and checkpoints. Break your long-term goals into a series of short-term ones.
