For all of the activities above, a formation called the Jade Maiden Watching the Door can be deployed. One of the Three Precious, it is a formation that is structured out of Yin Fire (Ding) in either the Heavenly Stem or the Earthly Stem of a palace; provided the Lead Door or Envoy is also located in the same palace. It is a formation that increases one’s likeability and enhances one’s relationship with others. In short, it unlocks and enhances your hidden charisma.
The simplest way to utilize this formation is to use Strategic Execution. This is done by setting the formal or informal meeting in the sector corresponding to the direction and at the time you see the formation in a QiMen Hour Chart; or have your back facing that direction at that particular time during the meeting.
A less practical option, is to travel along the direction where the formation is seen in the QiMen Hour Chart at the time of its appearance. This requires plenty of planning ahead to ensure the place of the meeting is located along the direction you will travel.
Alternatively, you can wait until the Jade Maiden Watching the Door formation appear in the same direction as your QiMen Destiny Palace to reap its effects.
